We never sell your information

Exodus Health Couriers does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any price. We collect what we need to move your deliveries, bill correctly, and meet healthcare compliance rules, and nothing more.

What we can delete

When you ask us to delete your information, we remove what we are free to remove, such as:

  • Contact form messages, quote requests, and marketing contact details
  • Job and partnership applications that did not lead to a working relationship
  • Account profile details and saved preferences
  • Notes and correspondence that are not part of a completed service record

What we have to keep, and why

We want to be straight with you: a deletion request cannot erase everything. As a medical courier we are legally required to retain certain records even after you ask us to delete your information, including:

  • Completed delivery records — chain of custody and proof of delivery, kept for compliance and audit purposes
  • Financial records — invoices, payments, and refunds, kept as required by tax law
  • HIPAA-related documentation — retained for the period required by federal rules
  • Employment and payroll records — where you have worked with us
  • Security and audit logs — needed to investigate incidents and prove who accessed what

Records we must keep are locked down and used only for those legal purposes, never for marketing. Once the retention period ends, they are securely deleted or anonymized. The full schedule is in our Privacy Policy.

How this works after you submit

  • Our privacy team is notified as soon as your request arrives
  • We may email you to confirm your identity — this protects you, since otherwise anyone could request your records
  • We complete the request and write back within 30 days
  • If we have to refuse part of a request because of a legal retention rule, we tell you exactly which part and why
